How do I know my order went through?
You know you have successfully placed an order when you get to the Order Confirmation page, which has an order number. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order is still processing, we will do our very best to cancel your order once you have contacted us. Due to our goal to process orders as soon as we receive them, we cannot guarantee an order can be cancelled once it is placed. Are there any hidden or surprise fees or charges?
Absolutely not. Membership, registration, shipping across all 50 states, and returns within 30 days are all 100% free. On purchases, you will pay for the cost of the items you order plus any applicable taxes, and that's it!
How much is shipping cost?
All items on christmasgiftbuy.com ship to you for free, all day every day. There are absolutely no fees for standard shipping in the U.S.
How do packages ship?
- We have warehouse in New York and we ship most of our order in 24 Hours.
- Our 90% orders get shipped with USPS First Class we also have expedited service of priority mail which is not free
How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all our orders in 24hrs and USPS first class transit time is 2 to 4 days so most orders gets delivered in 3 to 5 business day after placing order.
Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes! When your order ships, you will be emailed a tracking number. Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for that tracking number to appear on the carrier’s website.
Can I upgrade my shipping?
Yes, we do offer USPS Priority shipping which we charge nominal
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do ship to Canada . We ship across the U.S. at this time, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Do I have to pay for shipping when I return an item?
Absolutely not. If you’d like to return an item, you can do so for free. You won’t have to cover any return shipping costs.
What if item goes return to the sender because of address issue?
If address is underivable and item comes back as return to the sender then we will deduct shipping fees from the order as we lost shipping money and also labor but we are not charging labor only shipping that we lost.
Can International order be returned?
International orders can be returned but not free.
How long do I have to return an item?
For most items, you have 30 days from the receipt of delivery to make a free return. You won’t have to pay any return shipping costs. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm EST, to request a return.
Can I return an item that’s marked as final sale?
Products that are noted as being final sale can be returned (for free) only if the item is received damaged or is defective. If so, you can send it back and won’t have to pay any return shipping costs. Otherwise, the sale is, well, final, so please be sure to take note of this information in each item’s Details section.
